Business email outreach

We may use a publicly available or properly sourced business email address to introduce Findful where we believe the service is relevant to that business. We record where an imported address came from and the basis on which it may be contacted. Unclassified addresses are not used for campaigns.

Every promotional email identifies Findful and contains an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, complain, or an address hard bounces, it is placed on a suppression list so it is not used again for promotional email.

Your choices

You can object to direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or replying to the sender. This does not affect essential account, security or service messages.

Other Findful data

Findful also processes owner account details, mobile verification, business listings, visitor enquiries, booking and payment records, and verification notes where those features are used. Access is restricted to the service and approved administrators.
